高强度螺栓的使用详解

1.需要对大角高强度螺栓来进行检查。需要采用小锤敲击法对高强度螺栓来进行普查,防止漏拧。这种方法主要是用手指夹住螺母的一个边,按的位置如果手指感到轻微的颤动,应该尽量靠近螺母近垫圈的地方,然后采用0.3~0.5千克重的小锤进行敲击螺母的另一边,如果手指感到轻微的颤动就算是合格,颤动比较大的话就是可能漏拧或者欠拧,完全不颤动的话就是超拧。
