高强度螺栓的连接形式

(1)高强度螺栓按连接形式通常分为摩擦连接、张拉连接和承压连接等。其中,摩擦连接是目前广泛采用的基本连接形式。

(1) According to the connection form, high-strength bolts are usually divided into friction connection, tension connection and pressure bearing connection. Among them, friction connection is the basic connection form widely used at present.
(2)高强度螺栓连接处的摩擦面的处理方法通常有喷砂(丸)法、酸洗法、砂轮打磨法和钢丝刷人工除锈法等。可根据设计抗滑移系数的要求选择处理工艺,抗滑移系数一定满足设计要求。
(2) The treatment methods of friction surface at the joint of high-strength bolts usually include sand blasting (shot), acid pickling, grinding wheel grinding and manual rust removal with steel wire brush. (3)经表面处理后的高强度螺栓连接摩擦面应符合以下规定:

1)连接摩擦面保持干燥、清洁,不应有飞边、毛刺、焊接飞溅物、焊疤、氧化铁皮、污垢等;

2)经处理后的摩擦面采取保护措施,不得在摩擦面上作标记;

3)若摩擦面采用生锈处理方法时,安装前应以细钢丝刷垂直于构件受力方向刷除摩擦面上的浮锈。
3) If the friction surface is treated with rust, the floating rust on the friction surface shall be brushed with a fine steel wire brush perpendicular to the stress direction of the member before installation.
(4)高强度大六角头螺栓连接副由一个螺栓、一个螺母和两个垫圈组成,扭剪型高强度螺栓连接副由一个螺栓、一个螺母和l一个垫圈组成。

(5)安装环境气温不宜低于-1O"C。当摩擦面潮湿或暴露于雨雪中时,停止作业。

承受构件的自重和连接校正时外力的作用,规定每个节点安装的少个数是为了防止连接后构件位置偏移,同时限制冲钉用量。高强度螺栓不得兼做安装螺栓。
Bearing the self weight of the member and the external force during connection correction, it is specified that the minimum number of installation at each node is to prevent the position deviation of the member after connection and limit the amount of punching nails. High strength bolts shall not be used as installation bolts.
(7)高强度螺栓现场安装时应能自由穿人螺栓孔,不得强行穿入。若螺栓不能自由穿人时,可采用饺刀或铿刀修整螺栓孔,不得采用气割扩孔,扩孔数量应征得设计同意,修整后或扩孔后的孔径不应超过1.2倍螺栓直径。
(7) High strength bolts shall be able to penetrate the bolt hole freely during on-site installation and shall not be forced into. If the bolt cannot penetrate freely, dumpling knife or Keng knife can be used to trim the bolt hole, and gas cutting reaming shall not be used. The number of reaming shall be approved by the design, and the hole diameter after trimming or reaming shall not exceed 1.2 times the bolt diameter.
(8)高强度螺栓超拧应更换,并废弃换下来的螺栓,不得重复使用。严禁用火焰或电焊切割高强度螺栓梅花头。
(8) High strength bolts shall be replaced in case of over tightening, and the replaced bolts shall be discarded and shall not be reused. It is strictly prohibited to cut the plum blossom head of high strength bolts with flame or electric welding.
(9)高强度螺栓长度应以螺栓连接副终拧后外露2-3扣丝为标准计算,应在构件安装精度调整后进行拧紧。扭剪型高强度螺栓终拧检查,以目测尾部梅花头拧断为合格。
(9) The length of high-strength bolt shall be calculated based on the exposed 2-3 threads after the final tightening of bolt connection pair, and shall be tightened after the adjustment of component installation accuracy. The final tightening inspection of torsion shear high-strength bolt shall be qualified if the plum blossom head at the tail is broken by visual inspection.
(10)高强度大六角头螺栓连接副施拧可采用扭炬法或转角法。同一接头中,高强度螺栓连接副的初拧、复拧、终拧应在24h内完成。高强度螺栓连接副初拧、复拧和终拧原则上应以接头刚度较大的部位向约束较小的方向、螺栓群向四周的顺序进行。
(10) The torque torch method or angle method can be used for the tightening of high-strength large hexagon head bolt connection pair. In the same joint, the initial tightening, re tightening and final tightening of high-strength bolt connection pair shall be completed within 24h. In principle, the initial tightening, re tightening and final tightening of high-strength bolt connection pair shall be carried out in the order of the part with large joint stiffness to the direction with less restraint and the center of bolt group to the surrounding.
(11)高强度螺栓和焊接并用的连接节点,当设计文件无规定时,宜按先螺栓紧固后焊接的施工顺序。
(11) For the connection joints with high-strength bolts and welding, when there are no provisions in the design documents, the construction sequence of bolt fastening before welding should be followed.
